1. What is the timeline to complete a mural?
The timeline varies depending on the mural’s size and complexity. We provide a time estimate before starting the project, typically ranging from 5 to 14 days for a 20’x9′ wall mural.
2. Do you paint on walls or canvas? How about other surfaces?
We offer both options. Murals can be painted directly on walls or on long-lasting polyester canvas. Canvas murals are painted in our studio and then delivered to your location, while wall murals are typically painted on-site.
What type of paint do you use?
We primarily use high-quality waterborne acrylic latex paint, which is durable and long-lasting. For spaces with extreme temperature or humidity, we may recommend a clear protective coat or alternative paint types.
How should I prepare my walls for a mural?
Walls should be free from holes, dents, dirt, or residue. If painting directly on the wall, it should have a clean coat of latex wall paint. For canvas murals, the wall should be prepped with an Acrylic Primer/Sealer.
Will you travel?
Yes, we are available for travel both domestically and internationally. We can conduct site surveys in-person or remotely via video consultation. Travel costs may apply.

Source/Vector files represent the original editable files of the logo, primed for high-quality printing. These files offer complete freedom for customization, whether it involves altering colors or resizing. They prove invaluable for any future design endeavors.
What is included in the Social Kit?
The Social Kit is an inclusive feature of the Premium package, but it can also be acquired as an add-on for the basic and standard packages. It encompasses assets such as Facebook Cover Photo, Twitter Cover Photo, FB and Twitter Profile Photos, along with Instagram assets.
What is included in the Stationery Kit?
The Stationery Kit is incorporated into the Premium package, with the option to procure it as an add-on for the basic and standard packages. It comprises designs for business cards and letterheads, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
What is unlimited revisions?
The unlimited revisions policy does not equate to unlimited logo concepts. Logo designs are tailored to meet your specific requirements. If you wish to completely change the logo concept after delivery, an additional logo extra should be ordered as it constitutes a fresh design.
